Terms of Service
The rules for building with Filuto.
Effective 28 August 2026
These Terms form an agreement between you and Filuto, the operator of filuto.com, when you access or use our websites, project console, AI-assisted development tools, hosting, authentication, storage, APIs, or related services (together, the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Filuto for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for people you authorise to use a project.
2. What the Service does
Filuto helps plan, generate, modify, test, store, and deploy software. It may create and manage project resources or connected services in response to your instructions. Features may be labelled preview, beta, or experimental and may change or be withdrawn.
Unless an order form expressly states otherwise, the Service has no guaranteed service level, response time, uptime, recovery point, or support commitment. We may impose reasonable limits on storage, compute, network use, projects, or automated work to protect the Service and other users.
3. AI-assisted work and autonomous actions
The Service uses artificial intelligence and software agents. Based on the permissions and instructions you provide, those agents may change code and data, call connected services, create infrastructure, publish deployments, or take other actions on your behalf. You authorise those actions within the scope you approve.
Generated output can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing it before relying on it, particularly where a decision affects people, money, safety, legal rights, or regulated activity. Filuto does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Do not place sensitive personal data, payment-card data, health data, government identifiers, production secrets, or material you are not entitled to use in a prompt unless the relevant feature expressly supports that data and you have put appropriate safeguards and agreements in place.
4. Your content and generated output
“Your Content” means prompts, messages, files, code, data, trademarks, credentials, and other material you or your authorised users provide. You retain your rights in Your Content and remain responsible for it. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for Filuto and its providers to process it and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
You grant Filuto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, transform, display, and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the operation of the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms. This licence includes allowing the infrastructure, repository, and AI providers described in the Privacy Notice to process it for those purposes.
As between you and Filuto, and to the extent permitted by law, you own generated project output and Filuto assigns to you any rights it may have in that output. This does not transfer rights in Filuto’s platform, other users’ output, third-party material, or open-source components. AI output may be similar or identical to output produced for someone else and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection.
Feedback about Filuto may be used without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly as a customer without permission.
5. Deployed projects and end users
You control the purpose and content of projects you publish. You are responsible for your products and their end users, including the legality, accuracy, accessibility, security, consumer information, marketing, cookies, privacy notices, consent flows, retention practices, and licences they require. Filuto is not the seller, publisher, or contracting party for products or services you offer through a deployed project.
If your project processes personal data, you are responsible for deciding your legal basis and instructions and for responding to your end users. Filuto may act as your processor for hosted project data. Contact us before using the Service for production personal data if you require a data processing agreement or specific transfer terms.
Public deployments are accessible to anyone with their address. Do not publish secrets or material intended to remain private. You should keep independent copies of material you cannot afford to lose and maintain an appropriate recovery plan.
6. Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law and must not use or help others use the Service to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, deceptive practices, or unlawful surveillance;
- create or distribute malware, destructive code, credential theft, spam, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- exploit or endanger children, facilitate trafficking or terrorism, incite violence, or publish unlawful hateful or non-consensual intimate material;
- attack, probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, networks, or data;
- circumvent quotas, security controls, safety measures, suspensions, or access restrictions;
- run cryptocurrency mining, open proxies, deceptive download services, or storage and bandwidth abuse; or
- use AI output as the sole basis for a high-impact decision about another person where law or reasonable care requires human review.
Report suspected abuse to hello@filuto.com. We may investigate and remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
7. Third-party services and software
The Service relies on and can connect to third-party services such as cloud infrastructure, repositories, model providers, libraries, and APIs. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. You authorise Filuto to exchange the information needed to use integrations you enable. Filuto is not responsible for a third-party service, its availability, or changes it makes.
Third-party and open-source software included in generated output remains governed by its applicable licence. You are responsible for checking that those licences and any connected service are suitable for your intended use.
8. Security
You must use reasonable security measures, limit project access, and rotate credentials that may have been exposed. Do not test Filuto’s security or another user’s project without written permission. Please report suspected vulnerabilities privately to hello@filuto.com and allow reasonable time for investigation before disclosure.
9. Fees
Some features may be free or offered for evaluation. If Filuto introduces a paid plan, its price, billing period, included usage, taxes, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase or stated in an order form. You are responsible for charges incurred through third-party accounts or services that you connect unless we expressly agree otherwise.
10. Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay an agreed charge, consume resources abusively, or where continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Where practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Public deployments may be disabled and project data may later be deleted. Export or copy important project material before closing an account. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute terms—will continue.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, the Service and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that output will be accurate, original, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that every defect or data loss can be prevented. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to that, Filuto is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or loss of data arising from the Service.
For a business user, Filuto’s total liability arising from the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of SEK 1,000 or the amount that user paid Filuto for the Service during that period. These business limitations do not reduce mandatory rights available to a consumer.
13. Business-user indemnity
If you use Filuto for a business, you will defend and indemnify Filuto against a third-party claim to the extent it results from Your Content, your deployed project, your end-user relationship, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent the claim was caused by Filuto. This section does not apply to a consumer acting outside a trade or profession.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sweden have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. We will publish the revised date and provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, and any applicable order form are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remain effective. You may not transfer the agreement without our consent; Filuto may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or sale while preserving applicable rights.
